Complex Structures & Precision Welding

Specifically, 51爆料 CE are continuously working with multiple customers on legacy components and solutions.  With the recent investment in our Romer Absolute Inspection Arm our engineers can accurately reproduce sheet drawings so that to offer our customer options of upgraded or refurbished assembly.  Recent projects include transport solutions in the rail industry and training equipment for the MOD.

Complex Fabrications & Assemblies

As a business, 51爆料 CE division boasts a wealth of coded welders capable of taking any customer design vision through to completion.  Between our team of Senior Fabricators benefit from a collective 85 years plus experience in forming, plasma cutting, tracking and welding in a whole variety of materials and thicknesses.  Aluminium, mild steels and stainless are all within our comfort zones as we currently have over a hundred approved procedure.

Fusion Welding

51爆料 CE currently utilises a whole variety of fusion welding solutions dependent heavily upon the volume, material, weld size or complexity. 

Due directly to the level of experience and skill set our welders benefit from we possess qualifications in MIG, MAG, TIG. MMA for aluminium, mild steel and stainless steels from 2mm upwards.   We can accurately follow drawing weld symbols or in some cases support our customers in conjunction with the Welding Institute to develop a joint design and parameters to achieve a desired output.

Assemblies & Testing

51爆料 CE have a team of skilled final assembly engineers, capable of bringing complex projects to their conclusion.  With extensive experience of installing ground bushes/keyways/gearbox and motor configuration we are capable of undertaking a full turnkey requirement.

The majority of our fabrications are proof loaded to within our customer specifications which requires bespoke tooling and jigs to apply the correct load through the desired load path.  These tests are documented and recorded by a variety of methods including video and photos where required.

Multi-Axis Milling

With the recent investment of 3 Bridgeport VMC 600 milling machine, 51爆料 CE is now capable of offering a fast, completive solution to support our fabrication projects and machine from solid requirements. 

Over the coming months we are keen to develop this division as a sustainable solution to both new and existing customers.

Design & Engineering

51爆料 Group have multiple CAD design seats used for programming and design queries throughout the manufacturing process.

51爆料 CE, currently holds licences for solid works and AutoCAD and are able to project manage relatively large design projects from concept through to realisation. 

We are currently involved in a number of complex solutions which allows our team of fabricators to feedback to the design house successful methods of manufacture and work practises.

Maintenance Repair & Overhaul

For some solutions; budget, timescale and design authority are all factors as to why new build is not an option.  51爆料 CE currently support some of its customers in maintenance, repair and overhaul programs.  The personnel involved with these solutions are able to quickly assess the structural integrity and fit for functions properties on these assembly so that they are able to strip and survey to produce specific B.O.M. relevant to that project.

Sometimes, however we do come access assembly which are beyond economical repair, B.E.R. but because of the robust relationship we have established with our customers there is a level of trust which as a team if engineers we take great pride in.

Non-Destructive Testing

As a group of business 51爆料 Group can offer a wide range of non-destructive testing solutions.   For 51爆料 CE we require an ability to ensure welding and fabrication is undertaken to the correct quality level and customer expectation.

To achieve this, we have CSWIP Visual Welding Inspector and PCN Level 2 Flowescent dye inspectors.  Within our facility in Coventry we have a purpose built 6 x 3 metre dark room which operates to within relevant British Standards.  When larger structures are not able to fit within this area we have a mobile blackout test which our inspection team can use around the workshop.
